Do I need to supply cleaning products or equipment?
No — our teams arrive with professional products and equipment for everything on the checklist. If you'd prefer we use specific products you supply (for allergies or surfaces), just mention it when booking.
What's the difference between a standard and deep clean?
A standard clean keeps a maintained home fresh: surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, floors and dusting. A deep clean adds the build-up work — scale removal, appliance exteriors, detailed edges and the spots that accumulate over months. If it's your first clean with us or it's been a while, start with a deep clean.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Many clients let us in and head out, or arrange key/lockbox access. You'll get a confirmation when the job is done — and our 24-hour rectify guarantee means anything you're not happy with gets fixed free.
Can I book a regular weekly or fortnightly clean?
